About this opportunity

The South African Research Chair in Violent Histories and Transgenerational Trauma at Stellenbosch University offers scholarships for the 2027 MPhil in Violent Histories and Repair. The scholarships support academically strong students to pursue advanced research on violence, trauma, memory, healing, and social repair, with an interdisciplinary academic environment. Funding is provided by the National Research Foundation of South Africa, with full scholarships available to South African citizens and permanent residents, and partial funding for international students.

Eligibility
