Youth Voice and Influence Consultant

NYA is recruiting up to six young people to join as Youth Voice and Influence Consultants. The role offers professional development, leadership experience, and national-level influence, with a flexible, remote-first setup and stipend-like compensation. Consultants will help shape youth-focused programmes, strengthen participation frameworks, and ensure youth perspectives inform NYA’s work with policymakers, partners, and youth organisations.
