The European Union offers structured traineeship opportunities in its Delegations worldwide, providing students and young graduates with hands-on exposure to EU external relations, diplomacy, development cooperation, and strategic communications. The Traineeships are educational placements with no employment relationship, designed to build a pipeline of future professionals familiar with EU values and international engagement. There are four pillars of traineeships, including a funded track for young graduates with financial support provided by the EEAS.
