WCPI Congressional Fellowship

The WCPI Congressional Fellowship is a seven-month policy training program for graduates and graduate-educated professionals. Fellows work full-time in U.S. congressional offices, conduct policy research, and participate in seminars focused on issues affecting women and families. The program provides professional experience on Capitol Hill and leadership development in public policy.

Direct experience working in U.S. congressional offices, hands-on policy research, weekly policy seminars, national-level policy exposure, and professional development in public service and policy leadership.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a graduate program or have completed a graduate program within two years of the fellowship start date, and must demonstrate interest in public policy and be able to work legally in the United States.
