International Visiting Fellowships 2026

The International Visiting Fellowships 2026 (Round 2) are offered by the Centre for Protecting Women Online, hosted by The Open University. The program invites researchers and professionals working on digital safety and protecting women online to spend time researching and co-developing outputs, with both residential and virtual formats available. Selected fellows gain access to academic networks, mentorship, and opportunities to present their work at Centre events.

Direct collaboration with leading researchers; access to institutional research networks and global partners; ability to co-develop research projects and outputs; presentation opportunities at Centre events; research mentorship and assigned academic mentor; exposure to interdisciplinary environments; contribution to real-world impact initiatives in digital safety and women’s protection online.

Fellows are global researchers and professionals working on issues related to protecting women online, with opportunities for both residential and virtual participation.
