Ghana TVET Service Recruitment 2026

The Ghana TVET Service announces nationwide recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff across over 230 institutions in all 16 regions. The process is online and aims to strengthen TVET delivery and administration.

Applicants must be Ghanaian citizens, have legal authorization to work in Ghana, and meet position-specific educational requirements (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees for teaching/administrative roles; other technical qualifications as applicable). A valid National ID (Ghana Card) is required for profile verification; teaching positions require recognized education qualifications such as PGDE or equivalent.

There is a five-phase recruitment process, including USSD payment to obtain an application voucher, uploading documents, applying for vacancies, tracking progress, and receiving appointment letters digitally.
