Senior/Lead Education Specialist (Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) in AI for LMICs

Fab AI is recruiting for a Senior or Lead Education Specialist to design and lead pedagogical frameworks for AI evaluation of foundational literacy and numeracy in LMIC classrooms. The role focuses on multilingual, low-resource contexts and requires experience in developing teaching materials and assessment tools related to early-grade literacy and numeracy, with readiness to work in a remote-first, global team.

Salary ranges provided for two levels (Senior and Lead); remote-first, global collaboration.

Applicants must demonstrate experience developing teaching and learning materials from design through implementation and adaptation, and a strong background in foundational literacy and numeracy assessment tools (e.g., EGRA, EGMA, ASER, UWEZO).
