NYLC Youth Advisory Council 2026–2028

The NYLC Youth Advisory Council (YAC) 2026–2028 cohort is a national leadership opportunity for high school students in the United States. Members act as experts and co-creators within NYLC’s programs, shaping programming, national conversations, and initiatives across the country. The program offers leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in national conferences and events over two years.

Leadership development opportunities, mentorship and board-level exposure, access to exclusive conferences and panels, and travel costs covered for events.

Applicants must be based in the United States, be in grades 9–12, and be at least 15 years old by December 31, 2026. They should have a demonstrated interest in community impact and leadership and be willing to engage with NYLC’s Youth as Solutions program.
