Global Director of Biodiversity Science

The Nature Conservancy is hiring for the position of Global Director of Biodiversity Science, a full-time remote leadership role for experienced conservation scientists. The role leads a biodiversity science line within TNC’s Global Science team and collaborates with regional teams, climate scientists, social scientists, Indigenous knowledge holders, and conservation partners to strengthen biodiversity monitoring, forecasting, and governance.

Applicants should have a PhD or equivalent in biodiversity science or a related field, at least 8 years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities, and international work experience is strongly preferred.
