About this opportunity

The Senior Organiser – Worker-led Transition is a 12-month role to work at the intersection of climate action, labour rights, and social justice in the UK. The position focuses on supporting workers in high-carbon industries to shape a sustainable transition and to mobilise collective action across industrial regions. The role involves developing organising strategies, facilitating trainings, and coordinating with community groups and trade unions, with a flexible 28-hour work week and opportunities for co-designing campaigns.

Eligibility

Experienced organisers with at least three years of work in movement building, campaigning, or grassroots organising.
