Metropolis Mentoring Program 2026

The Metropolis Mentoring Program 2026 is a professional development mentoring initiative connecting early-career professionals with experienced mentors working in migration, settlement services, public policy, research, civil society, and related fields. The program runs during 2026 and aims to foster structured, goal-oriented mentoring relationships to support leadership development and sector advancement. It includes six mentoring pairs with guided sessions and curated resources to ensure consistency and impact across the global migration sector.

Mentors and mentees will gain structured professional development, personalized guidance, and expanded networks within the migration and multicultural sectors. The program supports leadership development and reflective practice through regular sessions and access to curated resources.

Open to professionals working in migration, settlement, multicultural affairs, and related sectors, including those in academic and research institutions, government agencies, civil society, and international bodies.
