Stanton Fellowship

The Stanton Fellowship is a two-year fellowship offered by the Durfee Foundation for experienced leaders in Los Angeles County. It provides funding and time away from day-to-day responsibilities to pursue an inquiry and cross-sector collaboration on a bold, high-impact question for the region. The program includes a cohort format with time commitments, retreats, and ongoing knowledge-sharing.

Funding (up to $100,000 over two years), dedicated project time (minimum three months), three overnight retreats, six day-long cohort meetings, and ongoing knowledge-sharing within networks.

Applicants must be residents of Los Angeles County, work at an organization located and operating within Los Angeles County, and have at least 10 years of demonstrated leadership and impact in relevant sectors.
