Eurodoc ValDem Ambassador Programme 2026

The ValDem Ambassador Programme is organized by the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers and aims to empower early-career researchers to act as ambassadors for democracy within academia and society. It covers theoretical and practical aspects of democracy, research, and higher education in Europe, including leadership development, advocacy, and engagement with research communities.

Lectures delivered by leading experts, interdisciplinary discussions on democracy and research, development of advocacy strategies, and opportunities to connect with a network of European academics and practitioners.

Early-career researchers, doctoral candidates and junior researchers, academics from all disciplines affiliated with European higher education institutions.
