National Service Trainee (Community Development and CSR) – Accra, Ghana

The National Service with Operations (Community Development Programme) offers an opportunity for graduates in Ghana to gain practical, hands-on experience in community development and digital skills training. Based in Accra within the CSR department, the role is designed to equip National Service personnel with essential professional skills while contributing to initiatives that promote digital inclusion among young people. The trainee supports programmes such as Coding for Kids, coding competitions, mentorship initiatives, and broader community outreach efforts, combining programme management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and communications.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field and be eligible to undertake National Service in Ghana.
