The Ireland Fellows Programme – Seán MacBride Fellowship funds a fellowship for Namibian nationals to pursue study in Ireland, with full funding for tuition and a living stipend, plus access to a global alumni network. The award supports leadership development and SDG-related work, commencing in the 2027/2028 academic year.

Eligibility

Namibian resident nationals with at least two years of relevant work experience and employment with specified Namibian ministries, holding a bachelor’s degree (no master’s qualification planned at time of application) and meeting language and programme requirements.
