Scowcroft-Nye Fellowship 2026 at the Aspen Institute

The Scowcroft-Nye Fellowship 2026 is a paid, full-time fellowship hosted by the Aspen Strategy Group of the Aspen Institute. It targets young professionals pursuing careers in U.S. foreign policy and national security and provides hands-on exposure to high-level strategic dialogue, policy convenings, and global security discussions. The fellowship runs for six months with a potential extension, and involves responsibilities across policy research, conference support, and communications work.

Direct exposure to senior foreign policy leaders; experience in strategic dialogue and convening; policy research and briefing development; networking with national security experts; potential career launch into government, think tanks, policy institutions, defense, and international organizations.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred; fields include International Relations, Political Science, Economics or related areas.
