Information

The BRIDGE Returnship Programme by BRAC is a six-month paid returnship designed for mid-career female professionals returning to work after a career break. It provides hands-on roles, mentorship, professional development, and exposure to development work within BRAC or partner organisations.

Eligibility

Women who have taken at least one year of career break, have at least three years of relevant work experience, hold a bachelor’s degree, and are currently not employed in a full-time role; Bangladeshi nationals for the 2026 cohort.
