EU-India Young Leaders Exchange Programme 2025–26

The EU-India Young Leaders Exchange Programme 2025–26 is an online initiative inviting young professionals from the European Union and India to engage in policy labs, workshops, and dialogues to co-develop youth-led policy recommendations on global challenges. The program aims to build cross-border partnerships and empower youth in EU-India cooperation, with participation organized online between January and April 2026. The initiative brings together 20 young leaders (10 from India and 10 from EU Member States) and involves interaction with government officials, diplomats, researchers, and industry experts.

Exposure to EU-India policymaking processes, networking with peers and experts, collaboration to co-create policy recommendations, and membership in a youth leaders network.

Citizen of an EU Member State or of India; under 35 years of age at the date of application; minimum Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification desirable but not mandatory with relevant experience; experience in public policy, diplomacy, international relations, research or related fields is an advantage.
