L’Oréal USA For Women in Science Award 2026

The L’Oréal USA For Women in Science Award 2026 recognizes postdoctoral women scientists in the United States and provides a substantial monetary prize to support their research and outreach activities. The program is administered in partnership with AAAS and selects five awardees each year who have demonstrated excellence in STEM fields and are committed to promoting women in science. Each awardee receives a grant to advance their research and to support outreach efforts to encourage the next generation of women in STEM.

Prize money of $75,000 for each awardee to support research and outreach activities

Applicants must have a conferred PhD, be a postdoctoral researcher by January 31, 2026, be affiliated with a U.S.-based academic or research institution, and conduct their postdoctoral studies in the U.S.
