EUI Special Doctoral Fellowships

The European University Institute offers 130 special scholarships for its PhD Programme to support candidates from countries lacking access to other funding options. The fellowships are fully-funded and provide a structured PhD experience with comprehensive support, international mobility, and wellbeing resources. Grants include a monthly stipend, family allowance, travel allowance, and insurance. Eligibility is limited to candidates whose nationality matches the listed countries, with special consideration for those impeded by armed conflict.
