About this opportunity

Princeton University’s Department of African American Studies invites applications for up to two Visiting Research Scholar positions for the 2026–2027 academic year. The residency supports faculty and, in rare cases, independent scholars to conduct research, teach, and engage with Princeton’s academic community on topics related to race in national or global contexts. Positions involve in-person residency on campus with a competitive salary and benefits, teaching of an undergraduate course, and participation in departmental activities.

Eligibility
