TDR Clinical Research Leadership Fellowship Programme 2025–2026

The TDR Clinical Research Leadership (CRL) Fellowship Programme aims to strengthen clinical research capacity in low- and middle-income countries. It provides mid-career researchers with technical and leadership development through placements at Training Partner Organizations, a home-institution coaching plan, and reintegration support. The programme is funded by major organisations and supports placements worldwide with additional benefits such as travel, health insurance, and an alumni network.

Round-trip travel, monthly stipend, health insurance, conference attendance support, reintegration funding, access to the CRL alumni network.

Eligible applicants must be nationals and residents of LMICs, have an MD or postgraduate degree (PhD or Master’s) in clinical trials, pharmacy, or a related field, and be employed in a clinical research role for at least 24 months at a registered LMIC institution.
