Information

TechWomen is a mentorship and exchange program organized by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. It connects STEM professionals with Emerging Leaders from various regions for a structured mentorship and exchange experience in the United States, including multiple mentorship roles: Professional Mentor, Innovation Mentor, and Cultural Mentor. The 2025 program runs from September 21 to October 25, primarily in San Francisco and Chicago, with participation in a cross-cultural network of peers focused on global women’s empowerment.

Eligibility
