About this opportunity

The Advisory Council on Youth (CCJ) is a non-governmental body that works with government representatives to influence youth policy within the Council of Europe framework. It selects 30 young representatives to participate in co-management processes for the 2026–2027 term, including attending statutory meetings and contributing to working groups and policy discussions.

Eligibility

Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old, reside in one of the Council of Europe member states, the Holy See, or Kazakhstan, be nominated by a legally registered youth organisation or network, and be fluent in English.
