The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, in partnership with the University of Oxford and the Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx), offers fully funded scholarships for African students pursuing a master’s degree related to pandemic preparedness and recovery. The program covers tuition, a living stipend, travel allowances, and access to leadership development and AfOx networking opportunities. Up to 400 scholarships are available, aimed at empowering scholars to contribute to health, sustainability, and social resilience in their communities.
