World Bank Vienna Internship Program (VIEIP) – Summer 2025

The World Bank Vienna Internship Program offers qualified students from Austrian universities hands-on opportunities to contribute to development work at the World Bank Vienna Office. Interns work in various units on assignments aligned with fields such as economics, finance, energy, and health, with short-term contracts for the period specified by each unit. The program includes onboarding, training, mentoring, and networking opportunities with World Bank staff.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a full-time graduate program at a university based in Austria.
