The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program is a six-week, immersive summer experience for undergraduate students interested in international affairs. It includes academic coursework, professional development, and hands-on exposure to international affairs, hosted at Howard University in Washington, DC. The program covers tuition, housing, travel, and provides meals and a stipend.

Eligibility
