Energy Leadership Accelerator (ELA) Program

The Energy Leadership Accelerator (ELA) Program is a six-month online leadership and project-implementation program for local leaders in remote, islanded U.S. communities, culminating in a two-week in-person learning opportunity in Alaska. It supports the development of emerging energy technology projects and workforce capacity, with components including virtual learning, site visits, a capstone project, and peer networking.

Eligible candidates are local leaders from remote, islanded U.S. communities who can influence energy-related actions and participate in a six-month virtual program followed by an in-person session in Alaska.
