University of Helsinki Doctoral Researcher Positions 2024

The University of Helsinki Doctoral School (UHDS) announces the annual call for university-funded doctoral researcher positions. Selected doctoral researchers work full-time toward completing their doctoral degrees within four years, with employment contracts starting January 1, 2025. Applicants submit through the University of Helsinki’s electronic recruitment system and must follow the call’s instructions and deadlines.

Employment with salary for up to four years; integration into doctoral programmes and research supervision.

Current doctoral students must have an active doctoral study right at the University of Helsinki and must not have been employed as a doctoral researcher there for four years or longer. New applicants must obtain a doctoral study right within six months of starting the funded position.
