The ALESA Climate Justice Incubator 2026 is a twelve-month program run by Accountability Lab East and Southern Africa (ALESA) for young civic leaders to develop and drive climate justice projects. It supports participants with mentorship, training, and hands-on support to turn ideas into tangible community impact, while building leadership, advocacy, and collaboration skills and joining a lifelong network of accountability champions.

Eligibility
Open to young innovative civic leaders aged 18 to 30 from Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
