Moroccan Government Scholarships 2027

Fully funded scholarships for Pakistani nationals to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree programs in Morocco. The program covers tuition, living costs, accommodation, health coverage, and visa support, with study fields including engineering, health sciences, business, architecture, and more. Up to 10 scholarships are available through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation.

Applicants must be nationals of Pakistan (including AJ&K) and meet the admission requirements of Moroccan institutes.

Submit application through the HEC scholarship portal and select the Moroccan Govt Scholarship.
