European Union EESC Traineeships 2026

The European Economic & Social Committee (EESC) offers paid traineeships in Brussels for university students and graduates. There are two types: long-term (5 months for graduates) and short-term (1-3 months for students required to complete studies). Trainees gain hands-on professional experience in various business units and work under mentors in an international, multicultural environment.

Applicants can be EU or non-EU nationals. Long-term trainees must hold a recognised university degree; short-term trainees must be university students for whom the traineeship is part of their degree. Must be medically fit and available during the dates.
