2026 Einstein Fellowship Program in Germany

The Einstein Fellowship is awarded to young individuals to pursue interdisciplinary projects outside their previous field. The 2026 program supports living accommodation, a stipend, and travel reimbursement for several months, enabling research and a public presentation at the end of the fellowship.

Stipend of EUR 10,000, travel expense reimbursement, and accommodation for the fellowship period.

Applicants must be under 35 and hold a university degree in the humanities, social sciences, or natural sciences, with a project proposal to present publicly at the end of the fellowship.
