Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program 2026

The Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program is a paid, entry-level program in Nigeria offering structured professional development across fields such as engineering, finance, IT, supply chain and human resources. It provides a base salary, performance-based incentives, and a transportation allowance for selected trainees. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution, minimum second-class upper, not more than 26 years old as of March 2026, must have completed NYSC or an exemption certificate, and willing to live in Lagos.
