The WIPO IP Moot Court Competition 2026 is a moot court event focused on industrial property law. Teams simulate advocacy by submitting written arguments and presenting both sides of a case before judges, with multiple phases including video applications, written submissions, online oral rounds, and in-person finals in Geneva, Switzerland.

Eligibility

Open to law students under the age of 35 who are enrolled at universities in World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Member States.

Application

Submit a video application (no longer than 5 minutes) as part of a four-phase process culminating in online rounds and in-person finals in Geneva; includes documents such as a registration form signed by a university official.
