The African Independent Research Fellowships (FLAIR) are postdoctoral fellowships delivered by the African Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society with support from the Global Challenges Research Fund. The program includes training, mentoring, and opportunities to network regionally and with the UK to foster international collaborations.
