AFRINIC Fellowships for Africans

AFRINIC invites individuals from African countries with an interest in Internet operations and governance to participate in a fellowship. The programme is targeted at representatives of small organisations, universities, and other entities active in Internet operations, development, or ICT policy, for the AFRINIC-31 meeting in Luanda, Angola. The fellowship provides support to attend the meeting and contribute to Internet number resource management awareness.

Airfare to the meeting, hotel accommodation, per diem allowance, and an opportunity to contribute to Internet operations and governance discussions.

Must be a resident of an African nation and should have a technical (IT, Computer Science) background; must not have benefited from previous AFRINIC fellowships; willing to report on benefits to their organisation/country.
