About this opportunity

The Fulbright TEA program brings international teachers to the United States for a six-week program that includes academic seminars for professional development at a host university. Participants observe classrooms and share their expertise with teachers and students at the host university and local secondary schools.

Eligibility

Applicants must be full-time high school teachers of English, EFL, Math, science, or social studies, at institutions serving primarily a local population; have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; have five or more years of full-time teaching experience; be a citizen of and resident in Rwanda; meet TOEFL requirements; and demonstrate a commitment to continue teaching after completion.
