The Young Start-Up Challenge is a competition for young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 25 who are residents of EU or EU/associate countries. Participants submit a 2-minute pitch video in English detailing their innovative start-up idea, its relevance, and a three-page business plan. The three shortlisted candidates will be invited to the SME & Cluster Assembly 2026 in Dublin, and the audience winner will be invited to the European Innovation Council Summit 2027.

Eligibility
