North-South Centre of the Council of Europe Strasbourg, France 2026

Information

The North-South Centre Traineeships are a two-session-per-year programme offering placements of three to five months at the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe. The programme is designed to promote global citizenship and intercultural dialogue, with placements in various units of the Centre.

Benefits

Monthly allowance of approximately 640€; duration of three to five months; placements in different units

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 or older, nationals of a member state of the North-South Centre or the Council of Europe, have completed higher education or at least three years of university study, and have very good knowledge of one official language (English or French) and good knowledge of the other.
