Culture Moves Europe - Individual mobility for artists and cultural professionals

Culture Moves Europe provides mobility grants for artists and cultural professionals to work on a project abroad with an international partner in Creative Europe countries. The program covers individual and small groups (up to 5 people) and supports travel, daily allowances and top-ups for project implementation. Eligible participants reside legally in a Creative Europe country and must be at least 18 years old; applicants from Ukraine may apply for virtual mobility.

Travel costs to the destination, daily allowance, and additional top-ups to support diverse participant profiles.

Artists and culture professionals from the Culture Strand of the Creative Europe programme (individuals or groups of up to 5 people) who are at least 18 years old and reside legally in a Creative Europe country. Applicants legally residing in Ukraine can apply for virtual mobility.
