Information

The Town Twinning grants funded by the CERV Programme support exchanges between municipalities from eligible countries. Projects must be transnational, involve at least two eligible countries (one of which is an EU Member State), and typically run over 6 to 12 months. Eligible activities include workshops, seminars, conferences, training, and other exchanges and dissemination of good practices among public authorities and civil society organisations.

Eligibility

Legal entities (public or private bodies) established in EU Member States (including OCTs) or in non-EU countries associated to the CERV Programme; lead applicant and partners must be a public body or a non-profit organisation with legal personality; projects must be carried out by towns/municipalities or equivalent local authorities or their twinning committees.
