Pool of Young Journalists in Europe

The Pool of Young Journalists in Europe invites young journalists across Europe to join a pool and contribute content for the European Youth Portal and Eurodesk channels. Participants produce diverse content (articles, photos, podcasts, videos) and may travel to international events during 2026. Selected journalists gain visibility and professional development opportunities through editorial meetings, webinars, and mentoring.

Visibility as a young journalist on the European Youth Portal and Eurodesk channels, development of writing/photography/speaking/video editing skills, access to online training webinars, and networking opportunities with peers and professionals.

Eligible applicants are 18 to 30 years old, resident in one of the 36 Eurodesk countries, able to contribute for a 1-year period and attend meetings in Brussels as required.
