Leadership Summer School 2026

The Leadership Summer School 2026 is a 10-day international programme in Germany for young leaders, followed by e-learning, mentorship and two additional live events to reconnect with peers. It aims to teach cross-cultural leadership, collaboration on real challenges and to help participants build a network of mentors. The programme includes accommodation, meals and materials during live events and ongoing support through mentorship.

Open to people between 21 and 26 years old who are students or undergraduates, fluent in English, residents from Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, and active in student organisations, NGOs or volunteering.
