The Millennium Oceans Prize is a competition recognizing young leaders who have demonstrated sustained active engagement for a full academic year in efforts to conserve and sustainably manage oceans and marine life. Winners receive mentorship and a prize of up to $5,000 to implement a concrete campaign idea to drive advocacy, policy influence, and leadership for oceans and freshwater systems.
