ALF Hands-On Call for Participation

The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) offers a peer-to-peer e-learning opportunity designed for civil society professionals to enhance capacities in intercultural dialogue, with a focus on management and facilitation of peer-to-peer training sessions. It targets professionals from civil society organisations and aims to develop analytical and facilitation skills, culminating in a certified output recognised by ALF networks. Participants connect with peers across the Euro-Mediterranean region to share knowledge and experience.

Certificate authorised by the ALF Secretariat; access to a transnational network of peers and experts; development of skills in intercultural dialogue and peer-to-peer training facilitation.

Member of a civil society entity based in one of the 43 Euro-Mediterranean countries; demonstrates strong interest in intercultural dialogue; has relevant experience related to the selected training module; commits to attending all training sessions.
