FRIAS Fellowship Programmes in Germany

FRIAS Fellowship Programmes in Germany are fully funded opportunities hosted by the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies. The three fellowship tracks cover early-career and senior researchers as well as researchers from Africa, supporting international collaboration and project development at the University of Freiburg. Fellows receive a living allowance, a mobility allowance for travel, access to office space and library resources, and research support; a fellowship contract or equivalent compensation is provided in each case.

Applicants should be researchers who have completed their doctoral degree and meet program-specific requirements across disciplines.
