Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference 2026

The Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference 2026 is a two-week experience that brings together Canada’s future leaders from business, labour, government, NGOs, education, and the cultural sector. Participants will travel across Canada in study groups, meet with local leaders, and develop insights to lead with empathy and vision. The conference theme focuses on “Leading Canada’s Sustainable Prosperity.”

Accommodation, meals, travel during the conference, and opportunities to engage with leaders across Canada.

Open to Canadian citizens aged between 28 and 45, mid-career professionals with leadership potential, and those able to commit full-time to the intensive program.
