The Chinese Government Scholarship for Southeast University is a fully funded scholarship for non-Chinese citizens to pursue full-time master’s or doctoral studies at Southeast University in China. It supports programs across various disciplines and provides tuition exemption, on-campus housing, a monthly stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. The scholarship is administered through both the SEU online application system and the Chinese Government CSC application system.

Open to non-Chinese citizens; for doctoral programs, candidates must be under 40 with a master’s degree; for master’s programs, candidates must be under 35 with a bachelor’s degree; good academic records and strong research ability; must not hold another scholarship; meet language requirements of the program.

Apply online to Southeast University (SEU) through its online application system, then submit to the CSC online application system as part of the recommended process.
