Bourses d'Études en Beaux-Arts, Design, Communication visuelle et Cinéma

The DAAD government scholarship program funds study opportunities in the arts, design, visual communication, and cinema in Germany. It enables graduates to pursue a second-cycle or continuing study program at state-recognized universities in Germany, including master’s or diploma programs or supplementary courses leading to a qualification. The scholarship covers study-related funding and facilitates language support and other allowances for selected participants.

Monthly stipend, travel allowance, study allowance, health and other insurances, possible housing and family allowances, language support, and related reimbursements

Foreign applicants who have already earned a first university degree in the arts, design, visual communication or cinema and begin their funded program in Germany; generally the degree should not be more than 6 years old at the application deadline; full-time study required, not part-time or online-dominant programs.

Applicants must follow the steps outlined by the DAAD scholarship process and submit the required documents through DAAD channels.
